EZ Quilting Jelly Roll Ruler - Mini Half Circle

This 5" x 2.5" acrylic tool fits perfectly on a 2 1/2" strip. Has 1/4" seam allowance markings. Can also be placed on a fabric fold for a full 5" circle. Includes instructions and a 12" pieced block pattern.
