I bought this bolt, because I’ve already used at least this much in other projects, which I happened to have purchased separately. I guess navy is one of those go to colors in my fabric stash, so this was a perfect opportunity to add to that stash, and a great price to do it!

I use Kona solids for everything. It is my go to quality solid fabric. How great to buy the whole bolt! I have a lot of projects for this beautiful navy.
I like having a bolt because I don't run out of the color matching the whole quilt. Obvious, right? The only difference in color comes when I choose between the 44/45" wide or the 108"wide because they're different weights. The 108" is a deeper blue and heavier so you cannot use both of them on one quilt. Washing only in cold water is important and I wash after the quilt is done to fluff it up. Beautiful!
