Kona Cotton - Avocado Yardage by Robert Kaufman Fabrics for Robert Kaufman

I did everything you were supposed to do when pre-washing fabric for a quilt and put 10 months, 10months!!! into a beautiful masterpiece of a queen sized quilt only to have the color run to a horrific degree and ruin the entire quilt. The level of my anger and heartbreak is beyond words. Do not use this fabric unless you plan to make a solid, one color only whole cloth quilt and never wash it with anything else, either otherwise it will be a complete disaster. If I were a rich person I would sue Kona Cotton for selling such terrible fabric. What a terrible waste of energy, time, and money.

The green is darker than the inside of the avocado but lighter than the outside and is a great colour with purples.
