Perfect for my quilt project

I liked the idea of washing away the pattern once the embroidery is done. It's easier to stick the pattern to the fabric than to use a light box to draw the patterns on. I'm planning to use the embroidered blocks in a quilt pattern that I have been waiting to do. I wanted something special in the center square and the embroidered blocks will be perfect.

Love this!!!

These are so much fun to make and are great for re-newing hand embroidery skills. My only negative comment is that they will not stick to the fabric. Before starting each design, I find it necessary to baste the design to the ornament fabric. I am using velveteen because that is used in the Enchanted Christmas kit and stitches beautifully. This is easy to do-just an observation about the designs. (My friend had the same experience.)
