Not up to MSC standards
The 45 and 60 rotary cutters keeps loosening itself and requires continual retightening. I haven’t used the small one enough to review it.

A little disappointed
I was a little disappointed in these rotary cutters. The 60 mm and the 45 mm seemed to cut pretty good. I think it’s hard to change the blade. I changed the blade to 28 mm and it doesn’t cut it’s stuck.

Mostly good...
The 28mm and 45mm are great. The 60mm came with a nick in the blade. It will have to be replaced before I can use it efficiently. ...a little aggravating!
