A bit Rough!
This fabric is rough to the touch and should be lined if used for ready-to-wear. I purchased to make an outfit for a toddler. Even after washing it still feels a bit rough to me. The toddler told me it was "scratchy"! It may be ok for an adult blazer, but I'm going to try it to line bags or make baskets. It's stiff enough to maintain the shape of whichever I decide to do...a little disappointed.
