Quilting Product Description

Quilter's Dream Wool is made with a blend of fine domestic and Merino Wool. It is light, luxurious with wonderful warmth and a lovely soft drape. Exceptionally comfortable and breathable. Carded, crosslapped and thermally bonded for uniformity, 1/3" loft, strength and resiliency. No prewashing necessary. May be machine washed and dried with no shrinkage. No scrim or resins. Stitch up to 8" apart. Can be hand or machine quilted or tied.

Favorite batting

This is one of my favorite battings, the drap is awesome, warm, & defines quilting so beautifully.

My new favorite!

This batting is amazing. The loft is wonderful and it’s so soft and fluffy! I made a throw quilt for my daughter and it turned out beautiful. One thing I did, was to do a quick cleaning when I changed bobbins. I’m not sure I want to use any other batting now. Also I used 505 spray for my basting and it worked just fine with the wool.

Warm, consistent and the right amount of loft

Used it to make a hand quilted jacket. It was easy to cut, very consistent in the loft, and easy to handquilt. It is also very warm.

The Best Quilt Batting

I have found over the years that Quilter's Dream batting is superior to all the others on the market. I very much appreciate the fact that Missouri Star had such a great sale on Quilter's Dream. It is a softer, smoother batting with no thin spots.
