Great Crazy Quilt Resource

I purchased this book for ideas on making a crazy quilt as I've always wanted to make one but was intimidated about getting started. The information in this book was very thorough in the five different ways to piece the blocks (I only knew about the flip and sew method), construction and hand or machine embroidery stitches to embellish your quilt.

I really like the explanations and examples of the "crazy quilting" of yore and decorative stitching used. These combinations are attractive and interesting to read about and investigate so there is a nod to the past an a way to bring it forward in my own way. I also like the positive aspects promoting my own creativity.
