Thin fabric

I use red, white, and blue fabric for my Quilts of Valor, and I thought the red and blue stars would be a huge hit for the quilts I design. However, this fabric isn't all that wonderful. To me, it is very thin, and I will use it, but not for any major part of my quilts.
