I used the jelly roll to make a border on my stained glass quilt. I used layer cake for the blocks.

Beautiful, vibrant color!

I made my first EVER quilt top with this jelly roll after agonizing for weeks about fabric choices and watching "Jenny tutorials!" The batiks are wonderful to handle and sew; perfect for a first timer. The "pattern" I did made a size I can quilt myself so I'll be pushing forward with another "first." These colors and the feel of the fabrics are wonderful! Two daughters; one Tonga Treats Batiks Tropical top. I just might do this one again!
