The black and gray mixture is the perfect color combo for the backing of a applique quilt I had made a few years back. Now to get it finished.
I have been given the privilege of completing a large level g cabin quilt my great great grandmother made out of my Great Great Grandfather’s suits, ties and dress work shirts. It was to be a dedication to the years in a courtroom. Its about 70-75 years old. The pieced top in complete. It just need a backing. I ordered several one yard black backings to get the right one. My Uncle and I will pick. Nit sure on this as too much grey per my uncle. Picture of My Uncle with the quilt. .

Beautiful fabric it is not a thin fabric it will make a beautiful two sided quilts. I will definitely buy again.
