It was the perfect backing for a quilt I made for my mom for Mother’s Day.
The colors are great even though they bleed a lot in the wash. I am not sure if it is the quality and/or the cutting by MSQC but once washed, the cut ends unraveled a lot and both cut ends were not even close to being even. I have added pictures below showing what I mean. I'm not even sure I can use this for the backing of my quilt as it is now. Most likely won't fit. 😟😠
This fabric is gorgeous. The variations in the coloring add a richness and depth that is most interesting.
Having the wide backing for a quilt makes the construction of the quilt so much easier and less expensive. Thanks Missouri Star for providing such good fabrics to choose from! Your service is excellent and quick.
