experience was good, product disappointing

Hi, my ordering experience with Missouri Star was good. My disappointment is in regards to the product. I am really bummed that the names of each of the colors in the Palette Charm Pack are not listed on each square. I have a Kona color board and I still can't correctly identify all the colors. How do you order the fabric if you don't know what color it is?
